How long until my sofa arrives?

Production takes 15–20 days, then delivery takes 6–10 weeks depending on your country. We keep you updated at each stage.

How much more does a custom order cost?

It depends on the changes. We'll always send a price for you to approve before production.

Can I see the fabric first?

Order the swatch kit for $50. The fee is refunded when you order your sofa.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom and made-to-order pieces can't be returned once confirmed, which is why we share a drawing before production. See our returns policy for details.

Is delivery included?
