At Dextra Living, every piece we produce is built with care and precision in our factory in Foshan, China. We take pride in delivering premium-quality sofas that are made to last. This warranty policy is our commitment to stand behind the craftsmanship and materials of our products.

1) Coverage Period

All sofas purchased directly from www.dextraliving.com or through our authorized distributors are covered under the following warranty periods:

  • Frame and structure: 3 years
  • Foam and cushions: 2 years
  • Motor system (for extendable or recliner models): 3 years

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

2) What’s Covered

Our warranty covers any structural or functional issues that result from manufacturing defects, including:

  • Internal frame or joint problems
  • Malfunctioning motors, recliner, or extension mechanisms
  • Stitching or fabric separation due to manufacturing errors
  • Cushion or foam deformation not caused by normal wear
  • Hardware or mechanism defects due to workmanship

If your sofa develops a covered defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part free of charge. Replacement parts will be shipped directly from our factory, and our after-sales team will provide remote assistance or video guidance for installation if needed.

3) What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fabric pilling, or color fading over time
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or moving
  • Electrical issues resulting from power surges or unstable voltage
  • Any damage caused by third-party assembly or unauthorized repairs
  • Changes in texture, color tone, or softness of materials from natural usage

Variations in fabric, leather texture, or wood grain are considered natural characteristics of the material and not manufacturing defects.

4) Warranty Claims

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please contact our after-sales support team via email at order@dextraliving.com.

Please include the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Our quality control team will review your claim within three to five business days and provide a resolution plan.

5) After-Warranty Support

Even after the warranty period ends, Dextra Living continues to provide lifetime product support. Replacement parts can be purchased at cost, and our team will assist you with guidance for repair or installation whenever possible.

6) Limitations

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from www.dextraliving.com or through our official distributors. It is non-transferable and valid for the original purchaser only. Shipping costs related to returns, replacements, or repairs may vary by region and will be communicated before any service is arranged.
