All orders are produced upon confirmation, based on the selected specifications including size, configuration, material, and finish. Production typically takes approximately 15 to 20 days, depending on the design and order volume. Once completed, each item undergoes inspection and is securely prepared for export.

We currently deliver to a wide range of international destinations, including Southeast Asia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and most parts of Europe.

We arrange international shipping through established logistics partners, including global freight providers such as Maersk, to ensure reliable transit and handling. As our products are shipped from our manufacturing base, delivery timelines vary by destination, but generally take approximately 6 to 10 weeks from the date of shipment. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, transit times may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, port congestion, or local carrier delays.
All shipments are carefully packaged to withstand long-distance transport. In most cases, customs clearance and documentation are handled as part of our shipping arrangement to provide a smoother delivery experience. However, depending on local regulations, customers may be required to provide additional information or assistance during the customs process.
Delivery is arranged to the address provided at checkout, and customers are responsible for ensuring that access to the delivery location is suitable for receiving large furniture items. Any specific delivery requirements should be communicated in advance.
Please note that all deliveries are provided on curbside delivery basis only. Customers are responsible for arranging any additional moving, lifting, unpacking, or placement of items beyond the delivery point. Our logistics partners do not provide door-to-door delivery, stair carry, assembly, or white glove services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon arrival, customers are expected to inspect the product promptly. Any visible damage to the packaging or product should be documented and reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may affect our ability to assess and resolve the issue.
While we coordinate the entire shipping process, Dextra Living shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances during transit. Once the item has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.
