These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dextra Living website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy.

Dextra Living operates as a direct-to-consumer furniture brand supported by our own manufacturing facilities. All products are made to order based on customer-selected specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is customised and produced specifically for you.

Orders and Production

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, it is scheduled for production based on the selected specifications, including size, configuration, material, and finish. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may have entered production and can no longer be modified or cancelled. Approved cancellations prior to production may be subject to a processing fee.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout in order to confirm the order.

While we strive to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or product information may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel or adjust orders where necessary.

Shipping and Delivery

All products are manufactured and shipped internationally from our production facilities. Production typically takes approximately 15 to 20 days, followed by an estimated delivery timeframe of 6 to 10 weeks depending on destination.

We coordinate shipping through established logistics partners, including global freight providers. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs clearance, port congestion, or local carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible for large furniture items. This includes adequate access through doorways, staircases, and lifts. Any additional costs arising from failed delivery attempts or restricted access shall be borne by the customer.

Risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the product promptly. By accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that the item has been received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise reported.

Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos or videos including the packaging. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has begun. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

Returns are only accepted where the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or has been significantly damaged in transit. In such cases, Dextra Living reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement of affected parts, or other reasonable remedies.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping fees, duties, and logistics costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finishing may occur due to lighting conditions, screen displays, and the natural characteristics of materials. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Warranty

Our products are covered under a limited warranty as outlined in our Warranty Policy. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal residential use and does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or external damage.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Dextra Living and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dextra Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which our business operates. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
