If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

All extendable and recliner sofas come with a 10-years motorised warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that may occur under normal residential use.

If a fault is detected within the warranty period, our team will provide a replacement motor system at no cost, including international shipping for the replacement part. Installation instructions or remote support will also be provided to assist you with setup.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or electrical surges. After the 10-years period, replacement parts can still be purchased at a reasonable cost through our after-sales service team.
