We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide. Our team will coordinate shipping and assist with customs documentation to make your order as smooth as possible.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees vary by country and are not always included in your purchase price. In certain regions, these charges may need to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Estimated lead time for production and delivery is 8–12 weeks.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will apply. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
Motor Warranty
All extendable and recliner sofas come with a 10-years motorised warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues that may occur under normal residential use.
If a fault is detected within the warranty period, our team will provide a replacement motor system at no cost, including international shipping for the replacement part. Installation instructions or remote support will also be provided to assist you with setup.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or electrical surges. After the 10-years period, replacement parts can still be purchased at a reasonable cost through our after-sales service team.
